While the Mayor and city leaders were in Seattle, we hope somebody picked up on the Skagit Valley's tulips and waterfront success: Tulips, Artists and History Create Waterfront Charm
A success which we think can be repeated here. After all we have tulips, artists, history AND a river!
Alright, currently there are no plans for a Kansas City/Missouri River Boat Dock but that doesn't mean the forward thinking organizers of KC's First Annual River Regatta don't have a really great idea for bulding one.
